INONGO (27 Février 2020), Blaise MABALA et Seba MANONGO, respectivement journaliste indépendant et journaliste à la RTNC (Radiotélévision Nationale Congolaise), station provinciale d’Inongo, chef-lieu de la province de Maï Ndombe, ont été interpellés dans les installations de l’ANR et détenus dans un camp militaire où ils ont passé plusieurs heures avant d’être libérés le même jour.
