GOMA (18 Décembre 2019) Jeanne SHABANI et Camille KITOKO, respectivement journaliste caméraman à Mishapi Voice TV, station privée émettant à Goma, chef-lieu de la province du Nord-Kivu, ont été interpellés pendant une demi-heure par deux personnes en tenue civile se réclamant etre agents de l’ANR (Agence Nationale des Renseignements) au quartier Majengo à Goma pour avoir filmé une « réunion sécuritaire » sans autorisation préalable.
